Fitwell gym
Fitwell Gym is a school for "exercise" and was used to designate a locality for education of everyone who wants to change their life habit. Fitwell Gym apparatus such as barbells, parallel bars, and so forth are used as exercises.
We want you to know that Fitwell Gym have a bodily activity that enhances and maintain physical fitness, health and wellness. Fitwell Gym are popular as a social setting to meet people with a common interest in physical self-improvement. Additionally, Fitwell Gym employees circulate and engage with patrons and assist newcomers with suggestions. Fitwell Gym staff is trained not only in fitness but in socializing with our customers.

Used for upper body strength training exercises, where you are pushing weight upwards as you’re laying on your back. You want the perfect chest? This is one of the tools you use to train for that chest.
Pretty much the go-to gym equipment most people first think of when they think of bodybuilding. Varying in weight, but the same concept, a handle bar with weights on opposite ends. A must have free weight for any fitness regiment. There are even adjustable dumbbells with differing weights all in one piece.
Essentially an elevated bench press, but the elevation affects the muscle being targeted.
